WATER TAP BOX

GME Octagon Shields are  8 - sided, all - welded, and pre-assembled.  They are ideal for contractors, municipal water and sewer departments, plumbers, and all types of utility contractors who are engaged in routine water main or gas line repairs and maintenance work.

The Octagon Shield features bolted - on cutouts with doors on four sides of the shield, to allow clearance and/or access to junctions and crossing lines.

All GME Octagon Shields are certified by a registered, professional engineer.  The all-steel construction offers strength, and the single wall design keeps the weight low for easy handling by small equipment.  The box is equipped with lifting rings for easy loading and unloading.  Matching stacker units are available for added depth requirements.
